What a fantastic program. The material is relevant, the delivery style is engaging and fun and the best bit is the group interaction. There is so much diversity of thought and sharing of real world examples.

I loved how intimate and personalised this program was. I thought the progression of the content from tasks identification, to workflow redesign was great. I also really enjoyed the peer piece in between the live sessions.
FAQ
How many people can attend each experience?
To ensure an intimate learning environment we suggest a maximum of 20 participants per experience.
What is a Peer Collaboration Circle (PCC)?
Our concept Peer Collaboration Circles is built on the importance of integration and application of the learnings.
In between each live session, participants meet their circle and work through a social learning exercise focused on helping each other apply the learnings, share wins and collaborate through roadblocks.
This is a powerful process that has many other benefits on top of learning application and will form the bedrock of your organisations knowledge-sharing culture
Why Social Learning?
Social learning builds a more connected workforce whilst accelerating their development.
The studies prove that social learning is the most effective way to drive sustainable behaviour change. We can no longer rely on self-paced LMS system work, or non-contextualised case studies to give our people the development they need.
With social learning you can learn from twenty people instead of one and build a network of people to grow with.
